France Trip 2018

For many years, supporters and friends of the Nicholls Chef John Folse Culinary Institute
(CJFCI) have heard about the association with the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, France and how important it is that Nicholls is able to send students to study at such a prestigious location without knowing much about the Institute.  To better acquaint supporters of the CJFCI, the Nicholls State University Foundation, in conjunction with the CJFCI, is excited to announce a trip to France April 18th through the 27th, 2018, with visits to Paris, Normandy, Lyon, and the Paul Bocuse Institute.

Chef John Kozar, Department Head of the Nicholls Chef John Folse Culinary Institute, will be part of the team on this enjoyable and gastronomical experience.  Highlights of the trip currently include the Beaches of Normandy, Mont St. Michel, Chateau de Chenonceau, Paul Bocuse Institute, the sites of Paris, six dinners including some at special restaurants, airfare, transfers, daily breakfast and much more.  Price for the trip is $3,890 per person based on double occupancy.
